9 January 2026VCU Safetycentre is recognized by ILT for hull thickness measurements and has therefore been officially appointed as a service provider for ultrasonic (NDT) inspections. As of today, maritime professionals can come to us for reliable, non-destructive hull thickness measurements in accordance with the applicable requirements.

VCU Maritime supplies and winds steel wires on-site at HEBO.
24 October 2025For positioning the HEBO-P100 pontoon at a gas platform, HEBO Maritiemservice enlisted the help of VCU Maritime. On-site, the steel wires with a capacity of 100 tons per wire were wound under tension, and the required sockets were cast on location.
